1. Overview
Chameleon Reset is a trade name of Ironbark Consulting Inc., a company incorporated in Alberta, Canada. Through this site we publish travel content and editorial guides, sell digital itinerary products, and provide booking assistance for hotels, journeys, and curated Immersion experiences via our host agency, Fora Travel. By using this site, subscribing to our communications, purchasing a digital product, or engaging our booking services, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital Products
Digital itinerary guides, downloadable PDFs, and other digital goods are sold for personal, non-commercial use. They are licensed to you, not sold outright, and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared beyond your household.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. That said — if something is wrong with your purchase (a broken link, a missing file, a version that doesn't match what was advertised), write to us at concierge@chameleonreset.com and we'll make it right.
3. Booking Assistance and Fora Travel
Chameleon Reset acts as a referring and booking agent. All travel bookings — hotels, flights, tours, cruises, transfers, and any other travel service — are made through Fora Travel, our host agency, and are subject to Fora Travel's terms and conditions as well as the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and liability provisions of the underlying travel supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line, ground operator, or similar).
Chameleon Reset does not itself operate any travel service. We curate, recommend, and facilitate booking; we do not own, control, or operate the hotels, flights, tours, or experiences you book through us.
4. Immersion and Curated Group Experiences
Experiences listed under The Immersion — including yacht charters, expedition cruises, small-group journeys, and retreat formats — are products of independent third-party operators. Chameleon Reset curates the catalog and facilitates booking, but each experience is operated, delivered, and warranted by its respective operator. The operator's own terms, cancellation policy, insurance requirements, and liability provisions govern the experience itself. Full operator terms are provided at the point of booking.
5. Website Use and Intellectual Property
You may browse this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, republish, or reproduce site content — including articles, guides, photography, brand assets, and downloadable products — without written permission. All content, editorial work, brand marks, and guides are the property of Chameleon Reset and Ironbark Consulting Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chameleon Reset, Ironbark Consulting Inc., and their directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site, our digital products, or any booking facilitated through us. Our liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid to Chameleon Reset for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
