Immersion Booking Terms

The Immersion is a curated catalog of exceptional journeys — yacht charters, expedition cruises, small-group tours, and retreat formats — each operated by an independent third-party supplier. Chameleon Reset's role is curation and booking facilitation. We do not operate any of these experiences ourselves.

1. Third-Party Operators

Each Immersion experience is designed, operated, and delivered by an independent operator (for example, a yacht charter company, an expedition cruise line, or a specialist tour operator). That operator is solely responsible for the operation, safety, conduct, and delivery of the experience. The operator's own terms, conditions, cancellation policy, refund policy, insurance requirements, and liability provisions govern the experience itself and will be provided in full at the point of booking.

2. Chameleon Reset's Role

Chameleon Reset's role is limited to curation, editorial recommendation, and facilitation of your booking through our host agency, Fora Travel. We are not the operator, carrier, guide, or host of any Immersion experience, and we do not accept liability for the acts, omissions, or delivery of any third-party operator.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every Immersion booking. Cover should include, at minimum, medical care overseas, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation and interruption, and coverage appropriate to the activities involved (for example, sailing, diving, or expedition travel). Some operators require proof of insurance as a condition of booking.

4. Pricing and Availability

Pricing shown on this site is indicative. Final pricing is subject to season, availability, currency movement, and the operator's rates at the time of booking, and is only confirmed once your booking is made and deposited. Itineraries may be adjusted by the operator for weather, safety, or operational reasons.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms are set by the operator of each experience, not by Chameleon Reset. These terms — including deposit schedules, cancellation windows, and any non-refundable components — are disclosed in the operator's booking documentation, which you receive and acknowledge before payment.
