This policy describes what personal information Chameleon Reset (a trade name of Ironbark Consulting Inc.) collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to design your journeys well and to run this publication responsibly.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, and any details you submit through our enquiry, booking, or contact forms — including preferred travel dates, departure city, traveler count and ages, and any notes about the trip you're planning. If you take the Travel Style Profiler, we store your quiz responses and resulting archetype alongside your email so we can tailor future communications. We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, referring source, general location derived from IP, device type) to understand how the site is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver booking proposals, send guides and digital products you request, deliver the Chameleon Journal newsletter and welcome sequence to those who opt in, and personalize the content and recommendations we send based on your travel style. We do not sell your data.

3. Third Parties

We share information only with the providers we rely on to deliver our services:

Fora Travel — our host travel agency, for processing bookings with hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.
MailerLite — for delivering the Chameleon Journal and related email communications.
Stripe — for processing payments on digital products.

Each of these providers handles data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your information to unrelated third parties.

4. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not function properly without them.
